Welcome to Refined Techniques, my name is Michelle! With 13+ years of experience, I specialize in providing quality services by utilizing refined techniques that make the experience as efficient and painless as possible!
I utilize both high-quality hard wax from Italy for sensitive areas, and a gentle soft wax for the larger surface areas.
The elevator entrance is to the left, behind the front of the building.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to park and make your way up to the suite. Once you arrive to the elevator, shoot me a text at 425-518-9369 and I will push the button to unlock it and send it down.
In order to maintain quality customer service for each of my guests, tardiness of more than 5 minutes is subject to adjustment of services or rescheduling depending on existing appointments for the day.
In a 1 year period, 3 passes will be given for no call no shows, cancellations, or rescheduling at time of service that results in missed opportunities. After the 3 passes are used, future appointments will be on a walk-in only basis booked the same day (time permitting).
